What We Believe

There is one God, eternally existent in three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. (John 1:1-4) God is the creator of everything. (Gen. 1:3)

The Bible
The Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is inspired by God and totally infallible, reliable & the final authority on all matters of Christian faith and conduct. (Isa 66:2b; 2 Tim. 3:16) The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only hope for the human race. (2 Tim. 1:10; 1 Cor. 15:8)

Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, miraculously conceived and born of the Virgin Mary. (Matt. 1:18-25)

The Work of Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ’s death on the cross, secured forgiveness of sins, access to the family of God and eternal life for the human race. (1 Peter 3:18) That Jesus Christ was resurrected from the dead, that He is alive today and is at present seated at the right hand of God the Father in glory interceding on behalf of the saints -all born-again believers in Christ. (1 Cor. 5:14) Jesus Christ will personally return to this earth one day in power and glory to set up His Kingly rule. (Matt 25:13)

The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit convicts, reveals and teaches. (John 16:8) The Holy Spirit’s indwelling is evidence that we are Christians. (John 14:16-18) The baptism of the Holy Spirit is given to believers who ask for it. (Acts 2:4; 1 Cor. 14)

All who accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior will receive eternal life. (John 3:16) Salvation by faith in Jesus Christ alone is a gift and cannot be earned. (Eph. 2:8) The continuous operation of the Holy Spirit in the believer produces sanctification and ultimately to glorification in Christ. (Eph. 6:16-19; 2 Tim. 2:21)

The Church
The church, regardless of denominations is called together in love, unity, fellowship, worship and the proclamation of the Gospel in accordance with and to the fulfillment of Psalm 133.
